I'm for this and also if we could look back into sending the banned players to red, stripped ofc.
Not using red as a prison colony is just a horrible waste of resources.
Hot damn, we agree on something

What about a custom zone, sort of a crypt of cheaters, after some initial time period to allow for appeals, we can have the public execution...then the highest lvl / most played character's corpse from the banned account (presumably the one executed) will have their corpse put on display with some kind of indication of why they were banned...at least a section on the forums that lists all characters from accounts banned for cheating....

Kill 'em. And charge their families (guilds) for the bullets.

You could redo the snowballs as rotten fruit. I doubt it'd be that hard.
How about stones?

So from Saturday evening through Monday morning raids will be called constantly because of the 16 dragons of ToV being in Window....If you only play during Sunday daytime (united states) you will attend many raids at no inconvenience to yourself...this allows players from all over the world to participate in raiding for the same guild whenever it is convenient for them....however, between server resets this means people in certain time zones might never see a particular dragon
Are you trying to sell me on P99 raiding? All possible variations of spawn cycles suck in their own unique way since I've experienced them all since 72 hour variance. Bat phones at just shoot me now o'clock all week is as much fun as raiding against 3+ guilds in a 24 hour period for all possible spawns. The former was tolerable in Kunark since stuff died in 60 seconds. The latter is just being a neckbeard savage who is chained to the computer all day.

72 hour variance was and still is the most civilized way to manage blue. Single trackers vs 15+ people PER guild. Was so much more relaxed then. But 72 hours seems scary and the casuals got this extremely hardcore spawn pattern which seems casual instead.

Or 96 w/e. The point was you could sleep with dragons unwatched and there a really good chance you hadn't missed the spawn.
