Default Win 7 Defrag , Does it work?

I have win 7 pro. The drfag is way different looking then xp's. Doesn't have illustrations and the verbage is confusing. Anyone confirm it works? And or have a decent guide to understand it.

Of course it works. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] It actually works faster, too (especially in comparison to the 4+ hour defrags from 98). Just right click the HDD and go into Tools then Defrag away!

I use O&O. You can choose different methods of defragmentation.
