you can't have it both ways, some devs can't have the opinion that the players don't matter, while some devs are actually sensitive to it. when that happens you are going to get major disharmony.
its a good thing that the dev is leaving because if he stayed he would be making himself miserable...and nobody, paid or volunteer, wants to be involved with work that isn't satisfying, rewarding, or fun. so, since the community isn't going to change i think he did the right thing. i hope he finds a way to recharge his batteries and have fun here again so he can come back, but if not i hope he moves on to something that new that is rewarding. | ||
