IP Blocked

I understand that the server only allows for 1 IP and I also understand if you post and request permission, since it is Hubby and I playing, that it could be granted....what is the proper protocol for getting this done, sorry in advance if this isn't the right place or there's a sticky somewhere that I missed.....Hubby and I just wanna play together again >.<
