login not working

i had to take a break from p99 its been a year and a half. i just got into the original email i created the account on i had a forgotten password and username. i have installed evrquest titinaum disk 1-5 in a fresh file c:eqemu as in the tutorial. i have extracted the p99 files into that folder i erase the files listed. i click launch titinaum and DO NOT PATCH everythng launches the user agrement comes up then i go to login. at first i didnt like the password you sent me so i edited my accout and made one i could remember i tried logging into that and i get db error invaild loggin. so i click reset password again and you send me one to the regiested email. i use your password case senstive and i still cannot login in what is wrong? please email me or respond i can login to the website with the username and pw u provided but not into the eq launch login screen

Seems like you are confusing eqemu account with login server account?

yes ok i just saw that little colloum on the left how ever when i did that it asked me to create a login server account it did not have my original login account on this login gottagetmyp99. i dont remember the original account login with my 58 cleric 52 wizard 20 bard and 35 shaman. i created a new account to affiliate with my forum login but all my characters are gone =/ what now i thought if i had access to the oringal email i would be able to retrieve my characters because i registerd the email to remember
