I would probably continue saving to get a circlet of shadow, get it as soon as you can because i believe it gets nerfed soon.

After that, jboots are pretty essential but you can get by with sow pots until you can camp ancient cyclops yourself.

After CoS, a pair of 5ac 55hp rings would be nice. Other than that, your gear is totally fine for level 20
