Collecting feedback/ideas for a new "true newb" rules guild

As a player new to the server, I like this idea but I think to pull it off they'd have to make us a new server..

Seems like a majority of people are twinked so finding a full group with no twinks outside the guild seems like it would be impossible. And finding groups at lower levels is tough enough already.
