it's not like the officers like all of these people they're guilded with

most of the time when joe killed the real idiots in the guild we all laughed about it in a separate channel because they deserved it, then we (maybe) quietly/ vaguely reprimanded joe over it (half the time not), after which he didn't give a fuck about it and then continued to do whatever he pleased

intervention was deemed rarely necessary, so there's no reason you can't kill the black sheep of empire on a daily basis, and even corpse camp them

there really isnt much for another guild to kill @ this point other than vindi's and dain's through abusing the ring war fail mechanic. they may snipe a mob that's up but the second they do that with any regularity the empire raid schedule of allowing mobs to remain up will change.
