I met my wife indirectly through EverQuest. She's was a friend of the guys I dungeon crawled with, they invited me to a RL party to meet them all.

This was <Discordia> on Tallon Zek. It was a party at Powrie's house and after the party we played EverQuest at the LAN center Pappee worked at.

I took her skating with the kids for valentines day. I don't have to get her Michael Kors bags for valentines day because she manages a MK store. They had pretty huge business the last couple days.

All dating sites and services outside of Tinder have this problem with bots and fake accounts.

Usually propagated by the owners of the app. Tinder is the only service I know of with very hard security measures (no legit facebook, no account allowed. can't just make a facebook and go. additional layer of security is people with original real FB accounts from university will get matched with other Tinder users with similar credentials faster)

No other app has these systems to date.
