Petition to have Pokesan arrested

This is insensitive tbh. Aside from trivializing the issues at hand, I am confident that Pokesan's alleged auto-heredital genocide, is purely a symptom of awareness - or rather lack thereof -and the absence of any form of ejaculate safety net whatsoever.

We need a new program aimed at promoting abstinence first and foremost, with collection and storage services (CACS) as a tool of last resort. Disadvantaged communities would qualify for vouchers to subsidize handling fees.

To encourage participation, proof of enrollment in a qualified sperm preservation program would need to be demonstrated on yearly income tax returns for all males, ejaculate producing hermaphrodites and pre-operative trans-women. Failure to do so would result in fines, which would be re-invested in the programs promoting awareness and CACS.
