Named mobs in Warrens

The 'unique' mobs in there will not drop their items for players that are too high of level.
As in, if you are too high and are nowhere near getting experience, the mobs loot table will essentially be deleted as it dies and you should receive a message along with it in yellow text informing you that you are too powerful for the zone.
All of the drops are fine on a low enough character in my experience.

affirmative, that's odd. King has been dropping his items and i get the yellow trivial message from him too

affirmative, but that does not explain why some mobs arent spawning
