haha, lvl 20 is a terrible idea, 4 much more logical. How would lowbies find groups to get up to 20 without ooc.. not everyone can solo all the time =(

If your going to go a "non-classic" solution. Make ooc zonewide enable chat channels make everyone join a general chat by default.

They tried to get chat channels working some months back. Channels seemed to be somehow bugged and refused to work.

Oh yes, this would definitely stop the idiotic discussions in ooc, because we all know you have to be incredibly intelligent and very mature to reach level 20.

I support this idea. Perhaps just make limit to lvl 5 on OOC and Auction!
