I have found the fix for mine specifically being the overclock on my cpu. My FX 6300 was oced to 4.5ghz. I reverted to stock 3.5ghz and it fixed the issue. I have also heard that if u have an fx cpu u may have to underclock some.

Thanks, I found a fix as well, I had to reinstall titanium, run in windows xp compatibility mode and login as an administrator.
