Oh right, I forgot, they were "slaves" when we paid them in food and permanent job security and they're "employees" now that they're paid in imaginary fiat backed only by the threat of violence and have to shuck and jive to not be thrown back onto the street to starve. Major distinction.

Seriously though, if you don't pay your slave it dies of starvation or exposure. You'd make a terrible master, but that's okay, it's why you're a peasant and I'm a capital king.

yes, forced labor in prisons would do a certain amount to defray the cost of imprisonment, but ultimately a quick bullet to the head for all non-White offenders would defray even more of that cost. Homeland security already has billions of 'em stockpiled; we could be converting them into gold like alchemists.
