If you're an Iksar (or don't mind traveling continents) around low 20's , head to Warsilik Woods zone and kill giants in the "giant fort" . Those giants drop items that can be sold to vendors for ~40-70pp each!

On my ikky shammy I probably farmed about 400-500 pp in about 6-7 levels (level 19-26? Forget the exact levels. But yea, just an extra add-on, especially if you're an ikky! Even on red, there seems to be a group up in there grinding regularly.

Also, I was duoing with a monk half of the time I was there , so got more loot (the vendor items are usually rolled on, since they are a pretty penny! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] )
