It's not hard to add a variation. That's how most diablo scripts run.

you don't use macroquest to do script turnins. That's dumb. You use a script program to automate tradeskills. That's not macroquest. There's a billion programs to do that.

Tune didn't macro his turn ins. We were in TS with him when the sick fuck was doing it and he was relentless.

Interestingly enough the only person who was capable of creating macros with variations didn't end up using variations and was caught out with a repeat 3 second interval. He also got his account back under the radar.
