Not all guilds let members be so carelessly inconsiderate of each other. That is very uncool and abnormal behavior. I mean, arguments will break out, but they can be resolved. Leaders who allow abusive behavior eventually lose the trust of their members.

Consider other guilds. Mobs and pixels will always be there, but playing with people you admire and friends who have your back is what makes it all worth it.
