It's not about griefing. It's risk-reward. EQ allowed you to fight another player while something was actually on the line on the PVE side. They got this half-right with arenas.

Killing people 1v2 in Hillsbrad and patting yourself on the back gets boring pretty fast for me.

I get that EQ has the opportunity to be better with its set up and the risk/reward you speak of but everyone that plays this server understands that it never happens here anyways. WoW PvP is fun because it is accessible. You get to go see who is better and beat people. It is like counter strike. You are rewarded with the fun and PvP gear you get with honor.

You are putting down one game because it bores you while not playing the game you are defending because it bores you.

salem, vanillagaming has all the same content and does not have rollbacks, disconnects or lag, makes sense to me.

also 15x exp means people with a life can get to 60 in a reasonable time frame and start raiding / doing dungeons,

I like classic wow not classic leveling.
