Promoting behavior where the first guy to come fourth gains unprecedented favors is not healthy for the server, both parties need to face the same punishment as both parties broke the same rule.

Not sure how you nerds do shit in Sweden but the US of A we recognize these things called plea bargains. Not saying I agree with it since in this case... The incentives to take the plea bargain were so coercive in nature that I believe Gyno admitted guilt to a crime he wouldn't probably been found innocent of, had he gone to trial.

Real conversation here should be about bringing real justice to Gyno and clearing his name from these unproven accusations.
