I've tried killing his PHs, ive sa there watching his spawn spot for days, ive petitioned in game, nothing, After last time where i spoke to a guide who told me to post in this section (which i did to no avail). There is nothing i can do to get him to spawn.

Hoping he can be spawned sooner rather then later,

I spawned Tykar again in the bar.

Now that a new method for boats is available, I can work on a day/night solution for east freeport. The server hasn't been patched in a while, so spawning Tykar is as good as it gets atm.

If someone knows the details of the bar, and other freporte npcs/phs which should switch at time of day, I can fix them.

I'm having the same problem on Red99. I've spent over 9 hours waiting for Tykar with no spawn. I'm not sure if it's broken and needs to be manually spawned or not but I'm stuck on this part of the quest and from what I have read he should have spawned a few times by now.

9 hours of game time? Did you see Lozani, Biggle, Plnorrick, or Tlin?

There should be a 20% chance at day time or night time for Tykar to spawn. Also, you can kill the PHs to make it faster, but that's bad for faction.

Waited on night time on pvp server, bar npcs switched. Nothing wrong here.

Is this working yet? Ive just seen lozani for past few real life hours. No npcs are changing.

It works Tykar is just a rare spawn sometimes.

I recently waited around 6-8 hours and didn't see Tykar once, then the next day he was there.
