Maybe try /rewind but you may have to petition in game. Or may you can get someone to stand near you and port you out of that spot.

Thanks, yeah I tried /rewind, just took me to the same spot. Submitted a petition yesterday; will they typically contact me somehow when I petition or just move my character?
