No item loot really kills the PvP fun outside of the raid scene

PK guilds on RZ wouldn't have been a real thing without it. You were basically foregoing being a raider to pk people for items. Here? If you don't raid shit? It gets stale quick. And I mean even that, the killing of thousands of wurms and drake trash.. they really should have put it on this server.

If they just institute a PvP Teams server, same rules as now as far as pvp death goes, wiped it for vel - transferred toons to the blue or red server of your choice, and restarted it... you'd have a flourishing pvp/pve server that attracts a % of red players, and a % of blue players, likely surpassing the current red pop.

Restart server and run it from classic through Velious with limited time in each(maybe not as fast as Verant did but faster than they did while working on the expansions on P99)

smaller arena, less gear gaps, casuals going toe to toe mano-el-mano with planar bros....

i dont even know about 90% of velious upgrades and i cant be bothered to learn

I remember when Cuckwise was leveling up his warrior and shit talking daily then got into range of 60 and spent the following week plugged and dead in KC, quit the server, and declared PvP was dead.
