By the way, your paladin won't be leveling much slower than a warrior, since your EXP penalty is spread across the group. So a 40% penalty with a group of five people would only end up being an 8% penalty (assuming none of them have any penalty/bonus).

This statment, without the "details" being filled in, is just plain wrong, and only aids to further the misbelief on this server that certain race / class combos should be left out of groups because they penalize the entire group.
