Fandango pulled this guy into TS a few times, I think. Memory is vague it was a long time ago. Seemed like a pretty interesting character. Always cooler when something is happening in your own backyard. If he was from California it wouldn't be half as entertaining even if you doubled the stories and exploits he takes credit for. Reminded me of a cracked out Tiggles with a criminal record and 70 IQ.
