Jumping to call something racist when its clearly just stupidity just perpetuates the idea of racism.

Clear cut racism in this country is plummeting. I invite you to travel to other places in the world and enjoy the discrimination. It's pretty nice coming back to the ole shitty USA and realizing the tension just isn't there. Hell lets look back 20 years and see how thing's have changed. It's a matter of time.

Political figures, media outlets, authors, and activists who make a living/attention off of crying racism instead of helping end it are a much larger problem and stopping them would do a lot.

I also think saying what people are and not focusing on a person's gender or race is the most logical approach.

A thief is a thief

A kid is a kid

A racist is a person who believes that a particular race is superior to another. Not someone who fights over a veggie steamer.

Let's get real and focus on what matters, not hype up something that clearly will just set back progressive thinking.
