I'd be willing to bet at 6'2 240lbs your bf% is high.

If it's low, you are absolutely JACKED. When competing, Arnold (also 6'2) was at about 230lbs. You ain't Arnold bro.

Edit - low bf% being in the teens or lower.

Oh yeah ofc completely different weight distributions I am definitely 15% or so at 230. I don't resemble any bodybuilder no matter what weight I am at. I'm either a refridgerator, or really skinny, theres not much inbetween in a lot of taller guys because its hard to get that mass on the arms when you have a natural 40 inch waist (no fat all hips and structure) and a barrel ribcage detracting from it. I need to be heaver to look athletic and thick. Basically I'm a very lanky guy that got stuck with a thick core and this is where the BMI shows disturbing flaws.

Arnold had 5'7 muscle density at 6'2, that's why he won titles and was such an icon and freak. Not everyone can have popcorn muscles even if you use sauce heavily. Genetics are genetics and if popcorn arms and delts aren't in the cards, they aren't in the cards.

That Nocsucow guy on the forums here is a good example of the type of arms I like to have if you've seen his pics, and I only start to have that kind of arm size at 230+.

Point is, BMI would say I am obese at 220, when a TRT doctor who examined me declared I was very skinny at 200 pounds after measuring my structure and feeling around my back.

BMI says I'm good down to 150...That is pretty terrifying and that's why I posted my example.

6'2" 230lbs 15%bf is pretty jacked. Hats off.

Most dudes sporting 230 lbs playing a 16 year old elf sim are probably at a high risk of diabeetus...

I love how often threads like this turn into workout wankoffs

As if anyone cares about how jacked you think you are.

Put in the work, stop making excuses for being fat.

this thread blossomed nicely into a pretty insightful and informative one.

People are just happier when they are not fat. I blame lack of exercise and extreme amounts of cortisol for most of the constant rage by earlier posters.

That being said. I am proud to be 4'11.5, 130lbs with the muscle density of Gary Coleman.

That might be the least useful reference example ever.

I cannot for the life of me imagine what kind of muscle density Gary Coleman had.

Unless you consider your musculature to be 5 years decomposed, which is still baffling to picture.
