No, currently PvP status does not make you lose xp nor can your items be looted.

However, if an npc kills you because an enchanter pets it..you will lose xp, but i am giving 100% res's back anyways so woop-de-doo

Yeah, most of the time I got a 100% rez as soon I finished loading, hardly had to even send tells to get back into the action. The last event was ran very well, even if I was there for a short time (and the fact that I have absolutely no pvp gear).

Also, do DoT deaths give exp loss like it did in classic?

Even if you lose xp, it doesnt matter... 100% Res's are available the entire time.

Looked like a buttload of fun, but I was worried about getting whacked @ lvl 20. I know it's hard to make it fun for low and high, since the GM needs to BE there, but maybe in the future there could be level tiers
