Did BDA really take 12k for this?

Did the 12k go to the guild bank? If not, if anyone who helped then leaves the guild will it be expected of them to return their share? (spill over from another thread).

But of course they took it, its not that kind of guild who would help for free. If you're a giving, kind hearted player who'd help a guy out in this situation without payment I'd apply to Omni.
