The biggest obstacle to contesting, or at least disrupting, Empire raids is the fixation everyone has with KDR. I think CS has a pretty laid back attitude but even we sometimes freak out over chain dieing new recruits. If there was no leaderboard I'd bet Friends would show up more without having to worry about their 120-1 records getting messed up.

No hate to boards or Friends, just an observation.

I also believe that TMO basically abandoning pvp is a real detriment to non-empire scene. All that HoT gear is going to be useless on players that have zero experience pvping.

Friends keeping things red, as always, but the only guild they contest lately is CS unless Empire is going for PD. I mean they showed up to kick CS off of VS then just left it up for Empire to kill.

On sim pop day CS beat TMO at sev in two pitched battles. When Friends were seen massing TMOs last stand was to tstaff our cleric while we tried to snipe the dragon just in time, giving the mob to Friends.

No one gives a shit about the "resistance" it's all a dick measuring contest. A hard lesson learned from my days in GG.

You wanna contest Empire or have a good time pvping for a mob that the winner can claim? Feel free to drop me a line, but I ain't dropping tag.
