Is this directed at TMO or someone else in this thread? I am assuming TMO.

I think I am one of the only members who votes based on things like RA and TS. I have caught abuse because of that and the fact I wont lemming vote yes on apps. I guess if we had the numbers and were doing the targets Empire is we wouldn't need to worry about things like ts and attendance.

I am sorry derpcake I don't know who your toon is in game. I am not good with connecting forum names with in game toons. Also people put very little effort into their apps here unlike what I'm used to on live or even in TMO on Blue99. So its hard to make connections or know what guild histories people have. Truth be told a trained chimpanzee in a lab hitting square blocks through round holes could do a better app than some I have seen come through. Its a chance for someone to shine and show they are interested in the guild they are applying to not just that it is a last resort and they are only doing it because they had to.

There was a period we didn't have any officers stepping up to work with recruits and they were neglected unfortunately that hurt a few very good applicants we are trying to correct that. If you want put in another app or send a tell to Froov he is the officer in charge of recruitment and I can honestly say he is working very hard for the apps. He is the perfect person for the job.

Applications are dumb, that is why people don't take them seriously.
