So guys, as I had said this was my first event on P99, not only that but the first scripted event like this in a long time. We have a lot of rust to shake off.
I've read in-game feedback and a couple of the threads here. Here are my take aways:
1) Tier it better. Make it so that the event builds on itself and scales up (level-wise). So something like in this case, where everytime you got a mask, you would get a chance of reward that would get increasingly better the more tiers you were able to complete. So basically letting lowbie come away with something.

I liked the event and did 3/4 parts of it before I had to go to bed. Really the only thing that needed fixing was making the event four separate quests instead of one, with each turn in resulting in a diceroll at loot; and if you do all four or are one of the first x people to finish them all your last roll is on the rare table guaranteed
