EC Tunnel Spam - Idea not "classic" but hear me out.

Some people are posting their auctions and WTB stuff wayyy too much clogging up the EC air waves. Would be cool if they implemented a 10 sec or 15 sec timer before you could post again in auction or WTb channels in EC only.

As a guy who spends about 90% of his time in EC I don't think I've ever seen anybody ever spamming their message this frequently. Even if I did I could just put them on ignore.

Separate auction window works fine for me. No change necessary imo.

I just use /ignore for the heavy auctioners and refer to their posts on http://ahungry.com

Yeah, I already feel spoiled enough having links handy. Like corpse runs and pets dying on zone-in, it's the little annoying struggles that I enjoy about the classic version of this game.

like other posts said, make a separate chat box for auctions. drag it to top/bottom of screen and only relist auction once you don't see yours on screen anymore.

the more you spam it the more desperate you appear which will increase the lowball offers from resellers.

Not sure what that would achieve, aside from sparing orc 1/2 folks the spam...and it's good for everyone to use filters eventually anyway so why not get people into the habit as they level.
