Knowledge Bomb here...What does a spell NOT TAKING HOLD have to do with anything being resisted?
NOT TAKING HOLD =/= RESISTED

Not really sure why you are throwing out a bunch of straw men arguments.

Friendly bump for this bug. There were no stacking restrictions on OOS.
