I for one support tasteful, tongue-in-cheek invented lore as long as it's under a paragraph and well written.

Anyone who thinks the wiki is some holy-grail of 100% factual information is fooling themselves anyway =D

It takes a real jerk (not a troll, an actual jerk) to delete those well written lore entries on the wiki; many pages of which are otherwise blank or useless. What are the character names of the persons responsible for this? It would be nice to know so that I can avoid grouping or interacting with them.

The wiki sort of keeps track of what you edit so there isn't any need to point them out. I'm just trying to maintain the integrity of something a lot of people have worked very hard to make a useful resource for the community, including myself. Almost all your work on the wiki has been adding goofy stories that belong on the forums or on your personal blog, it really isn't cute.

Once again, any legitimate lore you can add regarding the NPCs you have taken interest in would be much appreciated by the whole community.
