That "close to 200" was the total numbers for like 4 guilds and multiple attempts/snipe attempts, outta here with that crap.

pretty sure rampage raids and has always raided with more people than empire has

i don't blame them, some of this shit requires that many people by design and we would too if the population on red sustained it, but there's a very clear double standard here

I was at this event - it was weird how it happened, but there was never at any time 200 people engaged on AOW. Asgard/Taken basically took him from 60% to 40% and then Rampage took back over.

but yea, Rampage had 18 (EIGHTEEN) rogues at AoW

Unfortunately I was summoned and insta gibbed in 1 round of combat, so I listened a lot of this naked in Sky Shrine on Vent. The E-tears were real when the Legs were linked....Florid's jelly-ness was even more palpable than mine.

I restate my earlier question, did the guilds use charmed high level arena guards to tank AoW?

LoS + Shock of Swords, Afterlife, FoH, all of them. AoW was only downed during Velious during a brief, one-week?, period where several very powerful arena mobs were charmable. Verant immediately made these giants non-charmable.

The next mentions of AoW being killed (in my minor research), were within a week of Luclin being launched after many of the luclin features and buffs were already in the game.

So, if the giants are uncharmable here, then, yes. 5 years of Kunark does make things easy.

How many people does Empire roll with for Vyemm,Vulak,Tunare, and AoW? No trolling here im rly out of the loop on what happens on red and im genuinely curious. Rampage fields about 65-75 for these encounters and 35-60 on most other things.
