Before deleting the game from my computer I found the first person from a guild I recongnized and gave my items/account away. I guess it's unfortunate that I gave it to Oleris. Some other lucky guy would be enjoying my hiero cloak, trains crown, skyshrine BP/legs and everything else.

Hold on, I have to respond to this because it's hilarious.

The amount of evidence this guy conjures up is unreal. I've heard about the stuff he's told people "he has evidence of" and time and time again it comes up false. Then, he has to unban them and he gets super defensive when you tell him to stop being so reckless. When all you do is sit in the database and look at transactions out of context it's going to get you in trouble....especially when you're technically inept.

Technically, how can someone deduce that an IP address is being used through a VPN just because the IP address is different? You can't. Secondly, at what point does a subnet mask become relevant at all when the game doesn't even capture that information?

I logged in on my laptop from my in-laws house. The IP address is different than my home IP address - but ive logged in to the account from IP addresses multiple times before. Simple detective work would deduce that I am the same person.

P99 has been going downhill since I've played, which isn't very long and thus says alot.

I'm extremely busy irl these days so I don't think I've even logged in in like 2-3 weeks, but yeah alot of shady shit is happening these days. Can't get gms to do much, camps out of control, constant shenanigans between guilds. Add all this to the fact that I didn't really like velious to begin with and it's a wrap.
