Trying instal this on computer. When I go to load game this pops up. Am I missing a step?

I had problems from the getgo but I can get as far as the server selection screen & I see no servers listed & a scrolling banner saying I own 0 of 0 expansions. I am hoping a similar problem might have similar answer

Same thing happened to me when I upgraded to Windows 10. I went back to 7 and it worked like it always has. Probably doesn't help much, just throwing it out there.

Fixxed. This ended up being a resolution problem. Thanks all for help
