There is two types of green cons.
The old light blues= some greens, will have a different message attached at the end.
This monster may pose a threat or problems yadayadayada
as compared to you will safely annihilate this thing.

Ok thanks for the suggestions. So if I am understanding correctly a real green guard should not agro aslong as I have decent HP and am standing.

Best to inviz before sitting down near any hostile greens, else they will
probably come at you.

With the exception of Eastern Wastes where a level 60 can sit down and agro the whole zone.

That was broke in live and broke here. NO OTHER ZONE (in that level range) react like EW. It's insane.
