My mana regen goes something like:

Cantana of Soothing
Chorus of Clarity
Chorus of Clarity
Chorus of Clarity
Hit my mouse side buttons (/stopcasting and hotkey for Breath of Harmony)
repeat from start

That way, you get all your mana regen, you get Niv's from BoH which gives STR/minor heal, and Cantana of Soothing's heal also stacks with Niv's.

boh is primary only, most lutes are secondary only

that would be an annoying weave to swap through
