Error Messages galore!!

Just guessing here but I believe your path to eqgame.exe is wrong. I'm not sure what your installation looks like but "C:\EQEmu\Resources\eqgame.exe" would have eqgame.exe in the wrong directory for a "normal" installation.

is EQEmu your actual Everquest directory? if so you should see all your zone files and such in this directory. This would be the directory I would expect you to find eqgame.exe in. If that's the case then the Target of your shortcut should be "C:\EQEmu\eqgame.exe patchme" and your Start in should be "C:\EQEmu"
