i would disagree, myself and this person served together in a combat role in the army. there is very little i wouldn't have done for him.

This. Also cuck doesn't mean moving to a new place is not a bad idea.

He's made poor choices to live with an addict who is in intense mental anguish and pain, and now he needs to bail himself out.

I vote cuck, but only for getting himself into this situation in the first place.
lets get it straight, i did not choose to live with an addict, i allowed one who i was under the assumption had been clean for some live with me temporarily. are you some kind of counselor with a degree from your community college?

Well, you can just report him to his P.O since he's actively smoking meth at a meth motel (is that a real thing?)

Or just ignore the problem. It's not that serious, he just sounds like a crazy chick at this point.

Be careful, in ny if someone stays with you for more then 2 weeks or so, legally they live there and can't be forced to leave. I've been there before and had to deal with something similar. This was about 5 years ago. Idk the laws in your state but I'd research
This....been there done that. you cannot just kick them out, there must be some eviction process or you have to change all the locks so they cannot physically access the place.

kinda hard to move when ive planted my feet in the ground to start a business here. either way im not too worried about it, i conceal carry for a reason.
I get where you're coming from, I really do, and given the same situation I would probably have bucked as well. However, I'd advise you to take a step back and analyze if this is all worth it. If you want to follow through with something then contact his parole officer. If I understood correctly, your landlord is friends with this guy right? That screws you over big time.

If you can't or won't move, then watch your six at all times. As a fellow CHL in Texas, never give utterance to a threat either. Good luck.

OP, this is a very tight spot you're in and I think it was smart of you to seek third-party advice, but I do not believe anyone here can help you. You need to submit any logs and screenshots you have to the GMs via the petition board- they are the only ones who can assist you with this.
