Rez would make you a living god, so rez.

Mem blur would be pretty sweet. Hell, I'll even go for boring and do "summon food". Never have to worry about making dinner anymore, or scrubbing pots and pans. Think of all the money you'd save over take-out too! Use that money to pay off the house and retire early! ..I've never felt more old.

Which class would people rather be? druid or wizard?
I think I'd pick druid. I'd want the spell Succor: North Evacuates the group to North Karana. This way I'd be lvl 49 so I'd have a decent amount of HP and I can take a bunch of my mates to Norrath. Once in Norrath I'd earn some plat and buy up some other useful spells. One particular spell I'd get would be gate. I'd then cast gate to return to the real world, where I could use my full spell book unimpeded!

As a class I'd of course be an enchanter. Manipulating people's mind at your will gets you (or anyone you want) anything in the world.
Being a cleric and being able to rez sounds amazing, BUT. Every day about 150,000 people die in the world. That would be a whole lot people to deny rez to every day.

I think I'd want Charm.
Having my own minion to do all my most unpleasant tasks each day would free up an enormous amount of time to play EQ.

Mesmerize. The low level one with a mem blur component. I just feel like there's a lot of good applications for it.
