PGT shouldn't create much of a aggro proc since it's more of a buff

The Rune proc on the PGT, as well as any other weapon, will create a substantial amount of hate to any NPC that has the wielder on their hate list. This makes it a great low-level weapon for AE aggro.

PGT indeed generates good agro. Rune absorbs damage. Bard friend used it while Pling and it kept heal agro off me [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

And as long as the rune is up,you get healed every time you get hit (by about 7HP/hit).
I'm not sure that's intended though.
