There is so much pvp every day that doesnt involve friends at all. All of these fights are fun, with no shit talk, no spaming ooc, no asshole forum posts. All friends does for this server is dampen the mood and make pvp less fun by critisizing every death anyone has ever taken. If fucktards like this were off the box you would see alot more pvp, alot more blue converts and an overall much better atmosphere on thr box.

Lots of stuff is bad on server because they cave in to stupid shit like that. Took forever to remove xp loss in pvp because 90% were for it because they thought it was either funny to grief people off the server or they could PVE in fear without any kind of challenge whatsoever. Not cracking down on the forums enough is part of that problem. Wouldnt wanna be seen like party poopers. Its already a poop party, if you want to attract a more positive crowd, stop listening to the core toxics. Also the clueless GMs who come up with "solutions" like muting OOC instead of going after the problematic players.

I agree with this 100%. PVP can be fun even if you are on the losing end of it.(I consistently am but doesn't bother me I have never checked my leaderboard rating)

I very rarely worry about dying in PVP. I think only time it ever bothers me is if it inconviences a friend or someone else waiting on me or if its just really a really out of the way place.(would hate to die in PoM as a melee and not able to find a rez)

Yep. PvP should be about winning the mob or the zone, not about counting killshots and farming escape/heal items. I would rather fight to the death, win or lose, than be paranoid about taking a YT.
