How about a discord forum linked to in-game bans too? If you post a RnF in general your character gets deleted. If youre the first post to disrupt a good thread they pick a random 60 on red and perma delete the toon.
says the guy who has been forum banned multiple times

It was basically a commentary on how toxic the forums is and what kind of measures would be needed to stop people from shitting every thread because of their personal vendettas against someone. I do the occasionnal drive-by poke at people like tassador, Kergan, terp, staff decisions but nothing disruptive.

Youre literally unable to have a discussion in here without someone like Lulz jumping in calling someone fat or some inane 5th grade attempt at bullying.

I would actually go for an in-game char delete for RnFing in Discord general forums just to be entertained by all the tears it would generate, from all these fucking idiots who are unable to stop themselves from being assholes and contributed over the years to building the forums into the open air sewer that it is.

I didn't realize they were doing rules like that.

I have no interest in competing over who can level the fastest. Blue Hall of Fame not in my future.

I think a hybrid approach that tallied kill points and then used level as a multiplier when calculating final ranking would work well.

Also, the winners list:

Redwin the 24th level Halfling druid
Dang the 24th level Gnome magician
Awakened the 20th level High Elf wizard
Korpo the 24th level Gnome magician
Searyx the 37th level Dark Elf cleric
Trindamere the 18th level Dark Elf necromancer
I played the Cleric and teamed with Trin for the first week (mostly solo after that).

They did kill points. You'd get more if they were higher level, and I believe it was also based on how many points the victim had. I got at least 50% of my points from a few kills of people close to my level. Killing newbies gave you only a couple.

Experience rate was 3x. Using /who all to check zones was disabled. You could loot everything on someone's body including the bags.

The two gnomes and halfling were <Darkenbane> if anyone from RZ remembers them. They hacked pretty bad but it wasn't illegal so whatever.

I wasn't the highest level on the box at 37. There were two people who made it past 40 but did not get enough kills to win.

Sony never gave us our promised item rewards (cheapskates), but I did get "the Executioner" title and my character transferred free.

If they delete your character will you go away forever? Pretty sure 100% of people would be on board with that.

How about some sort of ELO system used for chess, based not on the level of the character or the number of kills, but the time the character is played. At the end of the server, tally the number of hours played + the number of hours played by all the kills of this character * some modifier.
I am the KING OF AFK if the number of hours wins then there is no contest

No rogue will ever make it close to 50.
I bet we could take a rogue to 50, but there is no point really.
