im just confused on how the camp is expected to be handed off? i mean are we gonna form a line to dictate who's next since the person 'camping' him is obviously going to be afk until the window opens therefore making a 'list' a complete impossibility?

Is the current camp holder going to be able to just pass the camp to whomever they choose?
