lol thats cute that you think your status quo will last longer than 6 months, id be argueing and yelling for every piece of loot cause the same people your shitting on the forums you will probably be guilding with in 6months to a year.
me personally, i dont have an opinion on you. so i'd guild with you.
there are 2 options to empire, they are no nizzars, the new velious content hue has worn off, its already becoming anoying doing repitive content over and over again, several raids a week.
option #1, your leadership is smart, and will recruit TMO/casual scum/friends/pando members enticing them with loot and "not losing" in order to keep the zerg edge.
option #2 your #'s dwindle due to lack of motivation/fully geared and quit retire status)/ your encounters actually become challenging and your leadership eventually cant just point and shoot and will require thought beyond calling and walling AE's.
i have been on this server since it started, i saw what happend to nihilum, and it will happen to empire, it wil just to recruit to survive, keep recruiting, and eventually you just run out of recruits to the point that you have to invite agatha and jupe into your guild just to keep it going, eventually thoguh, every is fulyl geared and no longer wants to play, mobs start being left up, and people at the bottom who never spoke up get fucked out of the loot they put alot of work in to get.

It's why if ur in a large guild and arnt in the inner circle, i don't bother being in it, cause moer than likely the small guild splitting more but less awesome loot, is better geared than you. just like now, most of my guild is better geared than 80% of empire, minus the you guessed it, the inner core of empire. lol
