Velious Armor turn ins have minimum level?

Just wondering if they do, along with any minimum faction as well.

Not sure on level but you must be kindly which is typically a few hundred giants

I MQed some plate for a level 30 Paladin. Not sure what the minimum is

Nope. Can do at any level aslong as you have faction.(kindly for Thurg, Ally for rest)

What this gentleman said is true.

I had a level 6 bard that I geared out in this stuff back in 2003.
She was level 6 only because of all the faction turn ins, helmets to the adviser (I think) gave her a ton of faction for the dwarves.
