Pet levels seem incorrect to me as well. I don't remember ever making a green or light blue con pet, especially at lower levels. Nothing to back it up though. Just going off of memory. Pet damage seems off to me too. I think they bash/kick for higher damage than they should, and I think they melee for less. I haven't found anything to confirm these suspicions though. Not yet anyways.
