Does the clicky Minor Heal in the crude stein have a minimum level requirement?
And what is the cool down period?

I don't think there is a level requirement. One charge though, once you complete minor heal, its all ogre

Yea that minor heal is just a gimmick, not worth anything. Would be great of course if there were no charges involved.

There are clickies that can heal unlimited, but they are class restricted and the clicky usually has a longish casting time.
